The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress!

(Psalm 46:7,11)

Dear members and friends of Faith Lutheran Church,

In keeping with President Trump’s recommendation, Faith Lutheran Church is suspending all worship services and other activities involving gatherings of more than 10 people until further notice.  We will post worship services on-line, beginning this Sunday, and send out an eblast with a link to the service when it is available.  We urge you to visit our webpage (flcms.org) or our Facebook page for links to the service and other resources.

For those who hunger for the Lord’s Supper, we are considering offering some kind of “drive-through” distribution in our parking lot.  Please let us know by email (secfaith@flcms.org) if this is something that would be beneficial to you.  More information will become available through future eblasts.

We will also consider some kind of “drive-through” distribution of the April-June Portals of Prayer and the April “Grapevine.”

Currently, the church office is open during regular office hours, and the sanctuary is open for prayer.  If you choose to visit the church, please practice safe procedures for social distancing.

Our Pastors, DCE’s, and support staff remain eager to serve you.

COVID-19 may be able to interrupt public gatherings, but it cannot forestall Christian faithfulness, prayerfulness, compassion, kindness, gentleness, neighborliness, patience, peacableness, humility, generosity, hospitality, and cheerfulness.

Dear ones, live your faith!

Pastor Walt Pohland
