New Parenting Bible Class, 2022

Happy (almost) New Year!

Check out the new parenting Bible class coming to Faith Lutheran Church in the new year!

WHO: Parents at Faith (also grandparents; your friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.)

WHAT: Households of Faith: The Rituals and Relationships that Turn a Home into a Sacred Space

WHEN: Sundays, 9:45 – 10:45 AM, beginning January 9, 2022

WHERE: Faith Lutheran Church (Room TBD)

WHY: Utilizing Barna Group data, Lutheran Hour Ministries has produced Households of Faith, a video study to help households apply three core habits that foster a spiritually vibrant household:

1) applying spiritual disciplines;

2) extending hospitality; and

3) engaging in spiritual conversations.
Oh, it’s definitely a challenge; but together, as we learn to apply these habits, we can begin to transform our households into more open and engaging places.

With Bible stories, Scriptures verses, family testimonies, and research to reinforce these key objectives, this user-friendly class can help make any household a place where God’s love is shared, and people are encouraged to learn more about Jesus.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE: 😊 Attendees will receive the Households of Faith Kit! Explore the power of messy prayers, loud tables, and open doors with the new Households of Faith Kit. Each kit is filled with thoughtfully selected tools that will help nurture your household of faith!

Click on this link Households of Faith – Small Group Study (lhm.org) or go to the attached QR Code and check out the 1:16 minute video.

WHAT ELSE: Sunday School for all ages during Bible class time. Also, free nursery care for infants and toddlers.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! (It really helps us determine which of the classes will go in which of our rooms.)

Blessings to you and your family, now and in the new year!
