Sunday, January 24th is recognized as Sanctity of Human Life Sunday.  On January 13th, 1984, President Ronald Reagan issued a proclamation designating January 22nd as the first National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday.  January 22nd 1973 was the day the U. S. Supreme Court legalized abortion-on-demand in all 50 states.  Lutherans for Life and other organizations use this day to celebrate God’s gift of life, commemorate the many lives lost to abortion (over 60 million in the U. S.) and to commit to protecting human life at EVERY stage.

Lutherans for Life (LML) values your support to continue to encourage, educate, and uplift with a Gospel-centered message of hope, forgiveness, and new life!  If you would like to support LFL and the Williamson County Pregnancy Help Center, there will be baskets in the church narthex for placing your donations on Sunday.  Or you may send a check made out to Faith Lutheran Church, 4010 Williams Drive, Georgetown TX  78628, designated for LFL.  Your support and prayers are very much appreciated.
