IN GRATITUDE!
Sunday was an extraordinary day! It was wonderful to worship and visit with so many of our Faith Family. Thanks to each of you for the outpouring of love, the reception, the monetary gift, the gorgeous flowers, the cards and kind notes, and the pictures on the poster which brought to mind many delightful memories. Needless to say, it also gladdened my heart to see a choir in the choir loft during worship and hear them singing a lovely anthem!!
God blessed me with the musical talent, secretarial abilities, and excellent health which provided me the opportunity to serve the congregation for so many years. To Him belongs the glory! When John (Bud) and I first moved to Texas in 1971, we could have lived anywhere in the state, but He brought us to this area. He had a plan, as He always does!
It has been my privilege and joy to “work” at Faith and to know and interact with the staff and members of this fellowship. Thank you for your caring, patience, and understanding as we served in ministry together and in witness to our Lord Jesus Christ.
May our gracious God bless and keep each of you, as well as continuing to bless the ongoing ministry of His church in this place!
